Mario Gagliardi's design journey is not confined by borders but enriched by them. Rooted in his Italian heritage and shaped by his studies under design legends Alessandro Mendini and Richard Sapper, his path quickly expanded onto the global stage.

From initial roles at Philips in the Netherlands to pivotal positions advising Samsung and leading design at LG in Seoul, he became instrumental in elevating South Korea's design prominence. His influence extended to shaping educational approaches in Austria and introducing groundbreaking urban planning concepts in Qatar as CEO of Design at Qatar Foundation.

Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia (Japan, Korea, Thailand, India), and the Middle East, Mario absorbs and synthesizes diverse cultural inspirations and design languages, weaving them into a uniquely global perspective that transcends conventional design categories.
